How to Stay Centered in Fast Markets

  1. Use bracketed orders.Predefine stop and target. Remove mid-trade decision-making.

  2. Run smaller size in higher volatility.Same setups, reduced exposure. Adapt without overhauling.

  3. Keep a volatility checklist.Rehearse mentally: “If this breaks, then I…” That’s professional thinking.
