Separate Process from Outcome
You’re playing probabilities, not certainties.Even a 70% win-rate means 3 of every 10 trades lose.
Focus on execution quality.Did you enter where you should have? Was risk managed? Then it was a good trade.
Detach your self-worth.Losing doesn’t mean you suck. It means your system is doing its job in the long run.
